Ingredients:
- Prickly chaff flower, Devil’s horsewhip / Achyranthes aspera / Apamarga (अपामार्ग) / Chirchira (चिरचिरा) / Utthareni (ఉత్తరేణి) [Buy Online at Amazon India / US / Canada / UK] seeds powder
Preparation:
Collect the seeds as much as you can, shade them in dry, and make powder. Collect the water in which you washed the rice. Add 1/4 spoon of seeds powder to a cup of this water. You can add half spoon of candy sugar for taste.
Usage:
Drink this twice a day.
