Ingredients:
- Caltrop, Cat’s head, Devil’s eyelashes, Devil’s thorn / Tribulus terrestris / Gokshuraka (गोक्षुरका), Trikata (त्रिकट)/ Gokhru (गोख्रु) / Palleru (పల్లేరు) roots powder – 50 g
- Licorice, Liquorice / Glycyrrhiza glabra / Mulethi (मुलेठी) / Yashtimadhu (यष्टिमधु) / Athimadhuram (అతిమధురము) [Buy Online at Amazon India / US / Canada / UK] – 50 g
- Indian ginseng / Withania somnifera / Ashwagandha (अश्वगंध) / Ajagandha (अजगंध) / Ashwagandha (అశ్వగంధ) [Buy Online at Amazon India / US / Canada / UK] – 50 g
Preparation:
Mix all the above powders and store in a glass bottle.
Usage:
Add two spoons of this powder to a two cups of water and boil it until it becomes one. Add half cup of milk and candy sugar as required to make tea. Drink it once or twice a day in place of tea.
