Yogic and Food Remedies for Lumps / Tumors in the Gastric Region

Following are the food remedy and yogic management for lumps / tumors in the stomach or uterus. Tumor in uterus has now become common in women. Follow the below remedies alongside.

Remedy 1: Soak a cloth in water and paste the mud on it so as it can cover your stomach area. Fold the cloth to cover the mud and wear it around the stomach like a bandage. While preparing the mud use neem leaves extract, alo vera gel, 2-3 spoons of turmeric [Buy Online at Amazon India / US / Canada / UK] with soil. Heat this mud. Also, you can use hot water while making the mud to keep it hot. Massage the body with sesame oil and then apply the mud pack on the stomach. Then cover it with a cloth and sleep for 15 to 20 minutes. If the tumors are hard and big, do it thrice a day with an 8-hour gap. If they are small, do it twice a day.

  • Long pepper / Piper longum / Pippali (पिप्पलि) / Pippali (पिप्पलि) / Pippallu (పిప్పళ్ళు) [Buy Online at Amazon India / US / Canada / UK] powder – 100 g
  • Yellow Myrobalan or Chebulic Myrobalan / Terminalia chebula / Haritaki (हरीतकी) / Harad (हरद) / Karakkaya (కరక్కాయ) [Buy Online at Amazon India / US / Canada / UK] powder – 100 g
  • Rock salt / Sendha Namak (सेंधा नमक) / Saindhava Lavanamu (సైంధవలవణం)[Buy Online at Amazon India / US / Canada / UK] – 100 g

Preparation:
Heat the first four ingredients on low flame and powder them. Mix all the above and store in a glass bottle.

Usage:
Mix 10 g of the above powder with 50 g of aloe vera juice and 10 g of cow ghee [Buy Online at Amazon India / US / Canada / UK].  Mix them well. Drink it on an empty stomach in the early morning. Do not eat or drink anything for an hour.
