Ayurvedic remedy for Skin Rashes and Itching

Especially, now in this season, many people suffer from unbearable itchy rashes on their bodies, which can cause sores to form and they cannot sleep at night. Instead of having to suffer so much, there is an effective natural remedy to reduce this itching permanently without the pain of swallowing a pill.

Ingredients:

  • 20 grams of basil leaf juice
  • 20 grams of ginger juice
  • 20 grams of mint leaf juice
  • 20 grams of neem juice
  • 20 grams of turmeric

Preparation:
Mix all these together. A wonderful liquid is made. If you are unable to use turmeric, leave it and use all other ingredients.

Usage:
Rub this mixture all over your body and leave it for half an hour to an hour before taking bath.

After waiting for half an hour or an hour, take a bath with lukewarm water. The itching and rashes will go away.

Also, use the following food remedy too.

Take equal parts of turmeric and jaggery and grind it into powder. Eat this powder in a dose of 10 grams in the morning and evening. By doing this regularly, you can prevent skin problems like itching and rashes.
