Ayurvedic Remedies for Breast Improvement

This is an oil preparation to be used for breast improvement.

• Spikenard, nard, nardin, muskroot / Nardostachys jatamansi / Jatamansi (जटामांसी) / Jatamansi (జటామాంసి) roots – 100 gm   [Buy Online at Amazon India / US / Canada / UK]
• Inula racemosa / Kashmira, Poushkara, Puskara mula / Pushkaramula (पुष्करमूल) / Pushkaramulam (పుష్కరమూలం) – 100 gm  [Buy Online at Amazon India / US / Canada / UK]
• Solanum xanthocarpum / Indicum / Yellow Berried Night Shade / Kateri (कटेरी) / Kantakari (कंटकारी) / Vakudu (వాకుడు) – 100 gm [Buy Online at Amazon India / US / Canada / UK]

Powder all of the above and filter it through a cotton cloth or nylon/plastic filter to get fine powder. Take required quantity of above powder and add butter or ghee to make it paste. Apply the paste to both the breasts before sleeping. Paste should not touch the nipples and the areolae. Place cotton on the applied paste and then secure it with a cloth or bra. Next day, clean it while taking bath. Do it everyday until you achieve the desired growth.
