Ayurvedic Remedies For High Blood Pressure

A woman becomes the true light of the house when she lives without anger, jealousy, or hatred. When she stays cheerful with a gentle smile and sweet laughter, that is when she truly becomes the lamp of the house. Her light brightens the entire home.

But today, many women are suffering from high blood pressure (BP). If not high BP, then low BP. They are pulling their hair, banging their heads, and constantly complaining, “This is my fate, my misfortune. I got married to this man.” The husband also says the same. Even the children say, “we were born to these unfortunate parents.” This way, high blood pressure has become a serious problem in many households.

Why has this curse come into our lives? The root cause of this and many other diseases lies in our mind, food, and lifestyle. Why don’t we change it? The doctor can only prescribe medicines. But can medicines give you a long, healthy life? We already have a beautiful solution within our home.

Ingredients:

  • Curd
  • Garlic

Usage:
Take fresh homemade curd (1 cup). Take 1 or 2 cloves of garlic (preferably desi garlic / naatu vellulli). Avoid hybrid ones. Peel the skin, remove the tail, crush well into a paste. Mix the paste thoroughly in the curd and consume.

Why it works:
Garlic is a powerful natural medicine. It removes cholesterol, clears impurities from the blood, improves blood circulation, strengthens the heart, cleans blood vessels, reduces belly fat, and helps control both high and low BP.

Important Life Message:
We came alone into this world and we will leave alone. The body we have will not go with us. In this short life, why carry so much anger, jealousy, hatred, and ego? We should live like embodiments of love and compassion. Look at Mother Earth. Even though we pollute her, she continues to feed us. The sky gives us water and air. The Sun gives light selflessly. If we adopt the good qualities of the Pancha Maha Bhootas (Five Elements), no disease can touch us.
