This is a food remedy for low blood pressure control. Follow this remedy until low BP is controlled and clammy and pale skin returns to normal.
Ingredients:
- Raisins / Kishmish (किशमिश) / Kismiss (కిస్మిస్) [Buy Online at Amazon India / US / UK]
- Dried figs / Anjeer (अंजीर) / Anjeera (అంజీర) [Buy Online at Amazon India / US ]
- Dried dates / Chuhara (छुहारा) / Yendu Karjura (ఎండు ఖర్జూర) [Buy Online at Amazon India / US / UK]
Preparation:
Before going to bed at night, soak 20 kismis / raisins, 2 anjeer / dried figs and one dried date to half a glass of water.
Usage:
On waking up next morning, after brushing your teeth, eat these and drink the water. Don’t eat anything for an hour after that. Do this until low BP is controlled.
Also, do this in the evening, before 6 p.m.
Ingredients:
- Tomato / टमाटर / టమాటా – 5
- Carrot / गाजर / క్యారెటు – 1
- Beetroot / चुकंदर / బీట్ రూట్ pieces – 15 g
Usage:
Cut them into small pieces, mix well, add little honey or candy sugar for taste and eat.
